In the time of technology, I feel "history of technology" is becoming more and more important. But such history cannot simply be recorded from the angle of technology evolution. Instead, technology evolution should serve as a background to record humanity and the changing of people's lifestyle.

The text series of "The Techno Storyteller" is what I realized in the past 25 years, gradually moving from engineering to artistic creation. Modern life involves a lot of technology; it's not enough to understand transition of humanity with mere humanity background, neither is it possible to capture humanity which leads technological development with mere technology background. What we need are historians with both humanity and technology background. Then we can further reflect on problems we encounter in today's world, and figure out solutions for them.

In this not yet understood filed, maybe official historians are still babies; I'll first use some anecdotes and storytellers' words to sow, hoping to bring more followers in the future and light up this unknown field.

From now on, I will share 2 or 3 stories with you every month in our newspaper.
