The 25th Taipei Culture Awards was hold on 11/26 with 4 winners who dedicated to literature, new media art, international art promotion and English education. Based on different ages and culture history, this event promotes the variety of cultures, broadens citizens’ horizon and also, enhances the strength and the glory of Taipei City around the world!

On the ceremony, 4 winners were getting together to receive the awards from the major, Dr. Wen Je Ko; and among the winners, Hsin-Chien Huang announced to donate all his prize to "Hakka Public Communication Foundation" due to his Hakka background. In order to supporting Hakka culture with more people, Hsin-Chien Huang especially looks forwards to improving the new VR techniques of Hakka media which will lead art exhibition to a brand-new page of Hakka culture.
